The Intensive will be held at Texas A&M University in the Colleges of Education and Geosciences.  Sessions will be held in the SCR*TEC-Texas Development Center in Harrington Tower and in the Ocean Drilling Program building.  Rooms will be reserved and signs for the ODP Intensive will be available for directions.

Hotel Announcement:   Hotel rooms have been blocked at the executive Quality Suites Hotel in College Station, TX (under the group name "ODP Intensive").  The phone number is 409.695.9500.  You must call by June 1, 2000, to guarantee the availability of your room.  (Note:  SCR*TEC will be billed directly for all participant rooms).  Participants will be arriving in College Station on June 11, 2000.  The Quality Suites Hotel is 4 miles from the College Station Easterwood Airport.  It is 1/2 mile from Texas A&M University and 4 miles from the George Bush Presidential Library. 

 
Transportation Announcement: SCR*TEC will be running an Aggie shuttle bus to and from all Intensive events for all participants.  The Quality Suites Hotel will provide transportation to and from the airport for participants, and for presenters, to and from Texas A&M University.  Please pre-arrange transportation with them if needed.
